Retired nurse here with 34 years experience. Julia was promoted, efficient and obviously knows what she is doing. I feel her diagnosis was spot on and after a painless cortisone injection, I got set up for PT and was out the door. All of my questions were answered and I never once felt rushed out the door. I highly recommend her and this facility

Very efficient staff from entering, to x-ray, to seeing Jenifer,
She was very pleasant, explained things well, discussed options
And though it may be a slow process to back to normal, I am pleased that the plan is in place.
Very pleased with everything

Compassionate friendly countenance, with eye contact and a smile, took time to answer my questions, anticipated my questions and gave meaningful information prior to my asking, gave clear options, opinionated that I was NOT YET a candidate for knee replacement, which of course was on my mind. A good experience, and a good administer-er of the injection needle.

She was very condescending and dismissive. When asked if there was anything that could be done about the intense pain I was experiencing in my foot she quickly said, “No”. Thankfully my wife asked if Gabapentin or something similar could be prescribed. And the doctor hesitantly said “Oh yeah I guess so”. She showed no interest in getting to the root of my problem or helping me with my pain.
