My mom is 101 and deaf. Julia did an excellent job explaining to her about her broken arm and what she will do to help her through this medically. My mother felt very calm and confident with her.
Lovely, informative detail oriented made sure I understood everything administered Cortizone shot quickly and efficiently love to have her again! She was wonderful
