Ms. Bracy was very informative and took the time to actually explain what was going on with my foot and what the plan was moving forward. She explained things to me. She also recognized that I had been given the wrong type of boot and explained what I needed instead and what I should do to help my foot heal properly. I really appreciated her thoroughness and clear guidance.
