I made an appointment through the portal with this request: “The large swelling/sack of fluid in my right elbow has not gone down. When I saw Dr. Brown on August 17, he said if it was not better in a couple of weeks that he would have me come in so he could drain it. I would like to make an appointment to have that done.” The procedure was not done today, I felt like I wasted my time coming in today.
