Very pleased with my appointment Dr Deschaine. He was very knowledgeable, polite, thorough, asked questions, and explained his recommended course of treatment in great detail. He allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and was engaged in the conversation. At no time did I feel rushed in this appointment. I'm very happy with the service I received and will recommend him in the future.

Joshua Deschaine has worked as a Certified Physician Assistant in the Same-Day Clinic since arriving in Sidney in January 2018.
As a certified PA, Josh practices general medicine, treating all ages in the same-day clinic setting. He can conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, write prescriptions and counsel patients on preventative care.
Prior to moving to Sidney, Josh worked at the Joint Replacement Institute, LLC in Naples, FL, a full-scale orthopedics practice. During his time there he honed his skills with orthopedic exams, joint injections and aspirations, splinting and casting, as well as first assisting in surgical procedures.
Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Gulf Coast University before completing the Physician Assistant Program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Myers, FL. In addition, he became a certified Emergency Medical Technician with the State of Florida in 2012.
Josh and his wife Kasey grew up in Florida. Together, they enjoy church activities, sports, gardening, spending time outdoors, and walking their yellow Lab Annie. In his spare time, Josh also enjoys hunting and fishing.
