He seemed to be in a rush. That's not normally how he works. But it was disheartening this time to find that he didn't have time for me. Otherwise he did his job as beautifully as he always does.

Well my knee was bothering bad, so I messaged them at 0800, and by 1145 they called me back and had an appointment at 1345. They were very busy so I am grateful for their response and patient care. I know for a fact that I will sleep tonight.

What a enthusiastic and nice guy. Joseph took the time and without rushing me answered all of my questions and listen to input on an upcoming surgery. He was knowledgeable and a great bedside presence about himself. I like him already. I also think everyone was great during my visit today.
