I would have given him a 0 star rating but I didn’t have a choice. He was disrespectful, rude, condescending. He did not treat any of my symptoms. This was a standard UTI. He should have given antibiotics. He should have listened to the patient but didn’t. He left and didn’t come back. It took me asking for a manager before he came back. Then he continued to let me know that he has been doing this for 35 years. I told him that I have been a patient for 60 years and that I knew my body. The manager asked him to leave and that she would handle it. I NEVER want to see him again. Even if he was the last provider left on earth. He should not be treating ANY patients.

PA Acosta introduced me to Dr Osuna, new comer to Gonzaba. They were bothe very attentive and inquisitive about my severe hip and back pain. They and the staff took great care of me. They explained my problem and suggested exercises while I went for evaluation by physical therapy.

PA Acosta is very attentive to my needs. However, his MA needs better bedside manners. Was trying to explain to her that my paperwork wasn't FMLA and she persisted that it was and there would be a charge. It went back and forth to the point I had to take my paperwork out of her hand as she persisted on reading it. Been with Gonzaba for years and never been treated as such. Very dissatisfied with bedside manners.

He was terrible. Did not listen to my complaints at all. I went in for left abdominal and back pain. He just asked me to pee in a cup and told me to go get an X-ray and that I would get a call in a few days. I was in a lot of pain. His nurse called me the next morning to tell me the X-ray was normal. I ended up in the ER that evening and a CT Scan showed I had gastritis and kidney stones.
