I really thought that she was truly amazing and such a great professional in her communication skills and helping me understand the current situation and potentially the future. I don't think she is assessing my injuries correctly. I know the pain I have at times is so bad I need a wheelchair but she says I don't need one. My back will lock up at times and I can't walk but she didn't pay attention to me when I tried to explain it. I would like to ask for another opinion.

I arrived in the office at 1005 when i stood at checkin at 1005 as i checked the time because I was running late. The c lerk was on the phone andignored me completely and recorded my check in time asvthe time he hungvup the phone not the time i entered the office. He then announced where everyone could hear my business that i had to reschedule because i waß more then 10 minutes late. I disagreed with him because i had been standing right in front of him for more than five minutes. I tried n to explain I was n in excruciating pai and asked to check n to see n if she would see me and before any body moved a thin dark skinned man stoʻod up and said sarcastically also so everbody heard.. Wellvyou know n that sounds like an emergency room vist to me an snapped his fingers above his head then walked back into the back offive to ask Jordana if she would give me a prescription to help me overnight as I n resceduked for c the next day. These people violated my privacy under HIPPA. No ID on Cler
