Professional, patient and super at explaining options to me.
Very thorough and professional. Jordan asked detailed questions about my symptoms to understand as best he could the next steps to take in my diagnosis. He also explained the next steps very well so I was clear on everything.
Doesn't cause the white jacket stress. Very informative and doesn't make you feel rushed.
