My wait from diagnosis to getting an injection seemed longer than necessary.
Always amazing
Jonathan Coniglio, PA & staff were welcoming and put my 13 yr old daughter at ease. He explained everything from the type of injury and what to expect making it easy to understand. My daughter left very hopeful. Thank you!
I’ve never felt less trusting of a healthcare provider than when I met this individual. They felt like a mix between a used car salesman trying to pump up the volume for another surgery while. Suspiciously rubbing his nose, the entire time and speaking at a way louder than normal volume. I not only felt disrespected in this appointment. I felt taken advantage of as they did not listen to me and ignored my request on, providing me with a simple phone number. He then try to persuade the situation by calling in the surgery appointment maker to make an appointment right there and then when I stated I wanted to consider all of my options this is completely disrespectful and unacceptable from a healthcare establishment and I will be seeking further inquiry.
