Professional and very friendly

After almost 3 weeks of chiropractor and family doctor care with no relief or results for that matter. I finally received some results because x-rays were actually taken. Now I have new things to try in order to feel better. John Shepard was very thorough and explained everything in a very detailed manner. I'm so glad I made the trip there!

Assessed injury, diagnosed, treated and released me in an efficient manner. Felt a little pre-judged b/c injury occurred while playing a sport. Didn’t address how/why injury could have occurred since I had stretched muscles prior to playing.

Rushed me. Saw me for 6 minutes. Couldnt even return when i told nurse i had numerous questions. I cant literally cant walk and he seemed to insinuate i was faking or exaggerating. Absolutely disgusted with him

EXPLAINED WHAT HE SAW AND WHAT I NEEDED TO DO.

I saw John in September at the urgent care center when I injured my shoulder on a Saturday. John diagnosed my injury after the X-rays, and recommended an injection to relieve my pain. He explained my injury, treatment options, and what I could and could not do going forward. I feel that John did an exceptional job with my injury and I was fortunate that he could see me on a Saturday. I got immediate relief instead of having to wait and schedule an appointment the following week.

Treated my problem seriously and was able to provide me some relief until I can get established at physical therapy.

He explained the technical part well, but I was left not understanding what I could or couldn't do as a result of my condition. I didn't know what could make it worse, or if that was possible.

So personable and professional. Caring. He explained everything and made sure we understood. Highly recommend.
