Mr Shepard was real professional in describing my back problems and talking with me about the medications he was prescribing. The only problem was that he said the prescriptions should be ready for pickup in about 2 hours. When we went to the pharmacy they had 1 prescription but not the steroid prescription which he said I should start tomorrow morning. When I called back to your office I was told it may take 24 to 48 hours for a doctor to approve the steriod prescription.
