Excellent
Very nice and got to me in record time. Got to appointment early and got taken in there back within 7 minutes after arriving. John saw me almost immediately after the medical technician left. Waiting room was packed. I thought I would have to wait a long time, but John must not of been busy.
John was empathic and listened well and gave honest advice and was educating as he reviewed X-ray with me!
