Amazing experience. PA Moeser really took the time to listen, answer all my questions, and develop a treatment plan.

He was great, but there was some mixup with the finger splint. The assistant made a wrist splint. After I protested he tried to make a finger splint for me, but it is too big, edges are very sharp and very uncomfortable. I do not blame him because he was following what was in my chart. I discarded the wrist splint before I left. I am very disappointed in this splint.

seemed knowledgeable and competent. communicated clearly and answered my questions. felt a bit rushed and like he wasn’t really that interested in helping me understand some complex anatomical malignancies (for the layman!) . . more like just explaining briefly and methodically this painful & life-altering problem i’m having. i felt run of the mill. missing warmth
