Great I love him and his personality
He seemed to listen to my issues I was having with getting certain things done that didn't have to do with the follow up that I was there for. He was really nice, too.
We appreciate having John as the PA for my mother's medical needs. John explained everything to us in a way that we understand mom's conditions with her hearing and provided suggestions and ways to help her with her hearing. Thank you again for having John helping mom.
