John was absolutely incredible with my 7 year old and explained everything very clearly to me so I could understand. He helped me work through a plan and genuinely seemed to treat my son like his own child. He didn’t make the meeting feel tense or stressful, which was super helpful for my already worried kid. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an ENT!
