So far I'm very happy to have him as my primary care physicians thank you!!

Honestly, I only went to CHC because I moved back from out of state and they seem to be able to get you in rather quickly which is exactly what I needed due to epilepsy. The only expectation I had was disappointment, at best. However, I was fortunate to get to see Dr. Butler! Hands down best Dr I’ve had in California.

John is very personable, kind and professional. He doesn’t wait or procrastinate on anything I’ve ever requested to have done. He communicates verbally, and through the CHC portal in a timely matter and always gets things done. I’ve never had too call twice or email twice. All around perfection and the best doctor I’ve seen through that agency.

I had to pay full price versus medical insurance for compression socks at my pharmacy. Had I know that he didn't send them to my pharmacy. I would've bought them at Walmart after my visit. 😪 I'm a Single 5 time brain tumor survivor on permanent Disability. I'm residing in Morro Bay due to the climate for best quality of life. My Nuerosurgeon advised me to stay in Morro Bay California for best quality of life! I'm also homeless 😔 I have 5 Titanium disks in my skull and Titanium Rods in my Neck. Expansion and Contraction are so painful. I was given no paper for instructions as to how to use the compression socks. First time I have ever filled out medical paperwork not asking 1 medical question. I asked the front staff when giving my papers back. They advised me the Doctor takes that information. They don't even know what I'm Allergic to. I have a very complex history. Establishing a new Primary . Ihave a medical book that I have all surgeries. I ask did he want to copy ? He did.

This doctor listened to me and I feel he has my best interests at heart. I am concerned that I can not get a follow up visit to continued care for SIX weeks. Si much can happen with one’s health if they are sick in this amount of time. Cen Cal is not providing enough doctors or dentists for the patients.
