Very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Jim is a terrific PA. Professional, knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to your concerns, on time everytime I've had an appointment. You can see that he's concerned and wantjng to help. He also respects my nursing background, unlike Kenneth Lawlor, a Rheumatologist who's practice I left because he refused to admit he was wrong about a medication I was on, even after I PROVIDED PROOF THAT HE WAS WRONG. Jim is the antithesis of Lawlor, and thankfully so.
He is a good listener and has suggested a very reasonable approach to finding the cause of the problem.
Listened, understood, knowledgeable, explained, efficient, answered questions.
He is great, really listened and had a genuine care and interest in my health.
Listens to concerns and tries to come up with a solution rather than just a fix to a problem.
