Dr. Duda not only gave me her recommendations, but she did so after listening to my symptoms and hearing my concerns. She was so patient with my questions, understanding that I was anxious and apprehensive about all of my up-coming appointments, and was very reassuring with the answers she gave.
Though I will soon be age 60, my embarrassing health issues have me wanting to curl up with my blanket and cry. The way that I came across to Dr. Jill Duda, in today’s appointment, I might have behaved more like that of a rebellious teenager. Dr. Duda remained calm and professional and helped me to regain my focus on the importance of this appointment.
I left that appointment feeling hopeful, with some reasonable suggestions having been offered to me as a possible steps to take toward a solution.
She was even understanding, patient, and very helpful concerning my lack of tech knowledge.

Not only does she really listen, she is steadfast determined to figure out what’s going on. No lumping the patient in a box with others. She recognizes and wants to treat the individual.
