I waited in exam room 40 minutes before she came. I went out into hall earlier and asked the tall young man if anyone else could see me. Told him this was post hospital visit and I tired easily. He checked and then said she wasn’t at her desk. Told him I’d wait 5 more minutes and then I was leaving. She finally came and said she liked to give her patients the time and attention they needed. Told her I respected that, but that I had never spent more than 10, tops 15, minutes with either a doctor or a PA. This is not the patient care I expect from SBMA. I will never see her again if I can help it.
