I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. If your patients need to be on time, so should you. Also my prescription was sent to Centerwell pharmacy for 60 day amount. All mail in pharmacy are 90 supply.

This was my first time visiting OrthoArizona/Synergy Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, as referred by Dr. Brian Shafer, for severe neck pain. Unfortunately, Dr. Anthony Lee wasn't unavailable until the end of June. So, not wanting to suffer for another six weeks, I scheduled an appointment with his PA-C, Jessica Pedersen, and I'm very happy I did. Jessica was thorough in her exam, asking the right questions, diagnosing my issue, discussing treatment options and putting a plan together to hopefully alleviate my pain and get things back to normal. What I liked most though, was that Jessica was attentive, listened to what I said, and had an open discussion about my options moving forward. This isn't something you find very often when seeing a doctor these days. And, before I left, Dr. Lee popped in to introduce himself, say hello, and confirm that Jessica's treatment plan should bring me relief. I highly recommend OrthoArizona/Synergy Rehabilitation & Wellness Center.

I just feel the whole office is not a friendly office. Although I think Dr. Lee and Jesica are excellent. The appointment staff is not diligent. There is room for improvement. Lots of confusion around appointments.

Jessica took her time with me and answered all of my questions. She set me up with PT and another Dr. for some of my other concerns. I would recommend her and Dr. Lee.
