I felt that she did not listen to me. I also showed her a letter regarding reasons for needing my MRI and she just told me “those are just clinical notes”. I also told her that I spoke with my actual care coordinator from my insurance about the fact that the MRI referral has to be sent to my insurance companies sister company first in order to get approval from my insurance which she just continued to debate with me how that’s wrong even though it specifically states that the provider ordering it needs to send it per the insurance guidelines and that they probably were just telling me that to get me off the phone (even though I had over an hour conversation with my care coordinator). I will be getting a “second opinion “ from another person for sure.
Have previously been seen here for my knee and should and have had no issues prior to this so it was very disappointing

The appointment felt rushed. I also noticed a sensitive part of my medical history was handwritten prominently on my chart, even though I had already included it on the intake form. I understand providers need that information, but the way it was emphasized made me uncomfortable from a privacy and sensitivity standpoint.

10 years ago, I had a laminectomy/discectomy, 6 months later a 360 fusion. Last 3 years, pain has been progressively increased from my norm. Jessica was very thorough, answered my questions and clearly discussed what the future may hold. I am very comforted by her manners, respect, and demeanor. The future is looking good.
