Very professional. Takes time to explain things to you and lets you know options and expected outcome of the options.

My appointment was at 10 am today, I got there at 9:45am complete the registration had to wait 35 minutes A.t 10:35 they called my name went inside check in with Jessica’s assistant after that I had to wait another 10 minutes for Jessica that she spent not even 6 minutes with me she provide me with a medicine and said if I don’t feel better to give her a call. Paid $50 copay and left.

She explained my situation clearly and well. Then she arranged for assistance with therapy. I was very impressed with her.
Ms. Hepburn was absolutely great! I took my special needs daughter to see her. She was gentle with her and very knowledgeable.
