Just seemed like I was inconvenienced her, appointment was scheduled and it took almost 35 minutes before I was seen.
She totally dismissed me. Very disappointed in her knowledge and consultation. Go elsewhere, the core institute is terrible.
Great bedside manner. Answered all our questions and was very patient with my elderly father.
Jessica Hepburn was verry kind and polite she listened to my concerns and answered all my questions she was easy to talk to very professional. Jessica is very thorough, attentive, and detail oriented. I previously saw a different physician assistant, but my experience with Jessica has been significantly better. She takes the time to listen, pays close attention to the details, and ensures that all of your questions are answered before you leave. Her focus on patient education and recovery gives me confidence that I have the information I need to heal successfully.
Great all-around experience. All staff were most professional and amiable. I feel that I am in good hands with Jessica (as I was with Dr. Wallace). I am looking forward to a complete fix!
