Not happy about having to return for a third time for earwax removal. I’m not saying it’s this nurse’s fault but I should’ve been seen by a doctor when they saw how impacted it was the first time it’s a major inconvenience. I have an appointment upcoming and I’m really hoping for a better outcome.
