This was my first time seeing Jessica. She asked lots of great questions and came up with a plan that she explained and was easy to understand. She made sure I knew how to use the Trelegy inhaler before I left. I would definitely see her again and recommend her to others!

We had an upsetting experience during my child’s appointment. The breathing test results initially showed an extremely low number, and the doctor told us it was very concerning. Naturally, this caused a lot of fear for my son and myself.
Later, it turned out the issue was due to incorrect height and weight information being entered into the system, which significantly altered the test results. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the emotional stress this caused was difficult, and I wish the information had been double-checked before giving us such alarming news.
I hope the clinic improves its process for confirming basic information so other families don’t go through the same experience. The doctor was professional, but this situation made it hard for me to feel confident in the accuracy of the visit
