Jessica was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She started her undergraduate education at Virginia Tech where she played division 1 softball before transferring to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Jessica was incredibly empathetic and helpful - she listened to me and respected my experience. She also offered me multiple solutions to the issue I came to her with, including following up with me after to make sure she covered all possible causes of my challenge. Absolutely excellent care!
