The provider was over an hour late. I appreciate that’s some delays cannot be helped but this was unacceptable and no one addressed the issue until I went looking for a doctor.
She was completely unfamiliar with my son’s treatment and provided direction explicitly contradictory to the allergists advice. For all the value that was provided at this specialist appointment I could have seen my son’s PCP. I had a couple of follow up questions she was going to get answers from the physician and I’m still waiting

After graduating PA school, Jessica returned to the coast and lived in Wilmington, NC for another 5 years where she worked in primary care before coming back to her hometown in Charlotte, NC to join Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center in 2025.
