Jeromy is kind and caring and takes as much time as needed to go over all options and issues. This was for my right shoulder and it is s very sore. I injured it in January of 2020 when I fell on the stairs after having torn my quad tendon away from my new knee. At the fall and I fell backwards, I dislocated my right shoulder and tore the rotator cuff. I told Jeromy all this and he then recommended a shot of cortisone and get an MRI to see what is happening and what it looks like now vs 3 years ago. I am very grateful for his kindness and willingness to help me be out of pain..

So personable and professional. Jeremy spent quality time with me explaining how and why things work and do not work. I could tell he really cares. Sadly, there are very few doctors who are as concerned as he was with my condition. I felt like I am not just one patient to see but an actual human being who needs help. I have seen at least 3 hand doctors who did steroid injections on my fingers, and no one, literally no one did as good as he did. I hardly felt any pain! Doctors should learn from him! Last three times I was there for injections with the actual orthopedic doctors, I writhed in pain. With Jeremy, the 2x he did it for me, I felt almost no pain! You should give him a raise! Thank you, Jeremy! I wish you were more than just a PA so I could just always request for you! :)

Appreciated every aspect of my first visit to Swift Institute. Everyone, including Jeromy Dyer, was pleasant and efficient in explaining my issues.

PA Dyer did a good job of explaining my options. With the complexity of the procedure I selected it would be good to have a form that spelled out the various actions that were going to be required. Make apointment for injection, make apointment for 2 days later for tearing constriction, make an appointment for PT to fabricate a hand brace same day "following" 2nd appointment. Pain medication was ordered early but only instructions were to take as necessary for pain. (Is this prior to injection day, prior to tearing day, or after all procedures are completed? With all of this necessary information a form would be very helpful as I'm sure as I go through this procedure I will have to call and confirm some of the details and processes.

PA Jeromy Dyer has been the guy who gives me shots in my basal thumb joint for the last 3 years. He has a firm, confident hand, almost pain free application. He knows the answers to my questions and shares information with me I didn’t even realize I wanted or needed to know. I have basal thumb joint arthritis, if you have the same I would definitely recommend him for pain management.
