He’s a real good doctor. I trust him with my life. He will talk to you and listen to you instead of just seeing you and then shipping you off without listening to you he doesn’t do that. He listens to you. Explain stuff to you overall an excellent doctor.

Hey, I wanted to be and I got this message. I needed to see if Jeremy Potter Dr. gazebo office could do paperwork for my insurance short term for Lincoln short term disability for how long I am going to continue to be out next doctors appointment please I talked to somebody yesterday and I supposed to call back and never heard back yet. Just wanted to do this as a reminder if possible thank you.
