Yes my name is Dennis Allen. I have never had the experience with a medical like yourself before. I am sorry for coming in with a sore shoulder. I did not tell you to give me an injection. You are the medical person. If you didn't think I shouldn't have had the injection then politely explain that. At 69 years old I can understand things. I didn't need someone half my age to scold me like I am a child. You have never explained about using bands. Maybe you have done that when I came back after the first injection. Enough said but I hope your attitude toward your patients improve in time. I wonder how many others felt like I did when they left. 6 yrs service toy country and 26 years in Law Enforcement and I have to be treated with much disrespect. Please improve and Dr. Cuff know what I said. K don't ever seeing hime acting that way. P.S. That last jab with the needle felt real good. Thank you. Respectfully.
Good job.
Very happy and impressed with everyone involved again thank you
