My Mom is 89 years old and doesn’t want to have any surgery at this time. Jennifer has been so patient and supportive of my Moms decision to no surgeries. Jennifer approaches my Mom with care when giving her gel shots in her knee. Jennifer you are best and thank you for your wonderful bed side manner.

I had injection of ortho vick gel on April 11th,18thandthe 26th.. I tried to tell them that this stuff wasn't good. But they insisted it was, I said I wanted the Duralane Gel . Beccause it workthe last time I had you do injections for me. The ortho vick did nothing for me and I had to make 3 visits to your office and it cost me 2 to 3 times as much money as the duralane. I can not walk a 1/4 mile before the pain get so bad.

She came in the room like a bull and then sounded like she was working from a script. The information she provided was fine, such as just "go back to normal activity." But the PA we had last visit was also rush and impersonal, so it may be that the office culture is rushed and impersonal.

We love Jennifer. Two of my daughters have had visits with her on different occasions and she’s always super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Jennifer took the extra effort to confirm her suspicions from the the initial X-rays. She had us repeat the X-rays from different angles to match X-rays seen at previous visits.

Very personable and professional in her interactions. Clear in her communications. Answered all of my questions. The only downside (probably thru no fault of her own) was waiting in the exam room for her. She saw me, then saw another patient and then came back. I also had to ask for an MRI as my knee pain was meniscus pain and the MRI did show tears both lateral & medial. She explained my options & was very thorough. Unfortunately the gel injection did nothing for my meniscus or nerve pain.
