Excellently knowledgeable friendly and helpful

For me she is one of the best doctors, that I know of she is very thorough very considerate, and understanding. And her other doctor I know from experience that they are the best around. Do what you have to do to keep these kind of doctors.

Ms. Hartman was very patient as she took the time to explain the results of the visit to my very hard-of-hearing mother. My 94 yo mother was pleased that she was shown the picture of her healing leg, and explanation of care. Everything was very well explained. Great experience!

I waited forever for my appointment with Dr. Lemme and was given to this lady. She was nice and it was very awkward when I ask about Lemme and she indicated she would be giving me my shots. I was never informed I wouldn't be seeing Lemme. I am filing a complaint with the staff there. I researched a long time to switch from a good doctor at Ortho Indy to Lemme. I CHOOSE MY DOCTOR, NOT YOU AND YOUR INCOMPENTENT WOKE STAFF! Needless to say I was very disatisfied.

I had fell from escalator and they had m me down for knee X-ray only and I told her I needed knee and hip. I asked her If I could get more X-rays and she said no that would interfere with lunches.
