I’ve been with Jeff for 14 years and he’s been great with me. He’s always done whatever we’ve needed to do. Thanks, Jeff.

I have seen this provider in the past and that is the reason I went back. I felt like he listened and answered my questions.

Jeff was great as always. However, I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment due to my commute. The waiting room was full when I arrived. I waited 50 minutes PAST my appointment time! I watched every single patient that arrived before me and several that came in after me be taken back. I worked in healthcare most of my adult life, so don’t say there were patients seeing multiple providers. I completely understand that. I heard patients being called back to see Jeffrey. I inquired at the desk multiple times. I have walked out of doctors appointments many times if I’m not called back within 15 minutes of my appointment. If there was an emergency of some kind, patients need to be kept informed. Being totally ignored is unacceptable. Telling patients the truth, that there was a mistake, or whatever is preferred. I don’t like being lied to. I’m seriously considering changing providers because of this!
