Just a little disappointed that Dr. Holden himself did not see me for my last visit. Nothing against Mr. Lee.

Dr. Lee was a pleasure to deal with. He was very nice, honest and thorough. My biggest pet peeve is doctors being late!! Funny thing is he feels the same way and said he respects patients time which is rare to find lately. I arrived shortly before my 2pm appointment. I was in a room by 2:05 and met with Dr. Lee by 2:07. He checked my knee over and then took me for xrays which only took 10-15 minutes. Total appointment took 25-30 minutes which was amazing. He reviewed the results and explained everything thoroughly. I also really liked that he was not pushy about immediately getting surgery. I will definitely recommend Dr. Lee to friends & family.

There was a lack of communication with your scheduling office. They failed to let my 85 year old Mother who was in pain, that you didn’t take her insurance until we got there for our appointment. I took the day off from work to take Mom. You must do better . Wasted our day and had to find another ortho doctor.

Dr Lee (is how I refer to him) makes me feel very comfortable. I can tell him what hurts & he tries to figure out how to make it better. He listens to the patient. And most importantly he is always smiling.
