He was barley cordial - pushes diagnostic only & i'm not paying the same $ to see a PA as a doctor . As a practice, they want you to sign off on HIPPA rights that have nothing to do with effectively treat you. Np options or they won't see you.
Very professional and courteous.
He is always quick to help and explain our options. I wouldn't see anyone else for my children.
Very attentive to your comments Has a good sense of humor
He was very understanding

Very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested a new use for my present medications and prescribed a new medication.
I can't even come close to expressing how disappointed I was with Jeffery D'Ambrosio, the Physician Assistant I saw at Northwest ENT. Mr. D'Ambrosio treated me like I was just some whiney old woman he really didn't have time for. Basically he left me with the feeling that I was just an old woman getting older and tinnitus was just something we old folks need to get used to. I sure hope he gets it one day. When I got home and decided to dig into research on Dr. Google I found much better and helpful info than Mr. D'Ambrosio offered. First off after some serious research I found Acetaminophen can be a culprit as well as NSAIDS which I can't take because of my BP meds. I had been taking it just about every night. Also, tonic water which contains quinine can impact tinnitus. I gave up wine back in January so I switched to tonic water with lime. So no thanks to this highly educated PA I may have diagnosed the cause of my problem. I very unsatisfied with my visit & regret going there.
Friendly and thorough. Only problem which he possibly would not be aware of The Prx he prescribed was not available through any local pharmacies. That includes Publix, Northside Pharmacy and Walgreens. Being a Friday afternoon it was not possible to reach out to him to prescribe another or approve of another offered by the pharmacies without his approval.
