I want him to be my actual cardiologist! The original one they assigned to me, i only saw once, then while getting testing they called him and he didn't even know i was his patient! Jeffrey Cox cares, very patient in explaining everything. Took his time visually and verbally explaining the next steps and resolutions! He's GREAT

Nice young man, but his schooling seems to differ from the experienced doctors at Southwest. I’ve never “Bridged,” off blood thinners for any back procedure, in fact the only time I did was for open heart surgery, and not even for two tears in my shoulder. He did question if I was refusing to bridge, which I did, explaining to him I already stopped my blood thinners. He commented he would have bridged me, saying he would note in the file I refused. His concerns seemed to be related to clotting, maybe something taught and not learned over time. All I know is bridging is no fun and ten days of a needle to the stomach sucks.
