Jeannette Rackham has been the most helpful and attentive Physician I have ever met. She takes any of my health concerns of mine seriously and is quick to provide the care and attention I need.

An after hours number and physician would be great for patients like me with hypertension. Also I have a Medicaid program called healthy women of Texas is this an insurance that could possibly help accepted in the near future?

Janette is on point. She gets referrals done when she says she will. She Sometimes looks out for you. She’s not in a rush. She really wants to know what’s going on with you so she can resolve the problem not just push you out like normal doctors do.

Great though depressing

I appreciated Ms. Rackham’s patience with me; coming in as a new workman’s compensation patient. I was extremely frustrated and visibly agitated; having to discuss the incident; brought up feelings and she remained steadfast with her care. Unfortunately, Ms. Rackham received an attitude she should not have; and yet, I appreciate and applaud her dedication to her work and her patients.
