I don’t feel like he listened. I came in to prevent having to take my child to the ER. She has croup, a single dose of steroids(dexamethasone)would most likely keep her from getting worse. He wouldn’t prescribe it because he’s says they track how often he prescribes steroids. I feel like since it was Covid/flu he didn’t care. It feels like he just wanted the money for the office visit. This urgent care used to be really good. Not anymore.
