I never feel heard when meeting with him. It always feels as though the appointment is rushed, like the staff (nurses and PA) are just trying to see as many patients as possible and not actually listening to or addressing patients concerns.

He listens, cares, explains and tries to solve whatever the problem is. Jason and his staff has reconized and remembered my 5 year old daughters name and has been so amazing and friendly with her. So much so that at 4 she asked if he would be her doctor as well. He said of course. His nurse Heidi is amazing as well and they both have bonded with my daughter to the point she gets excited when she knows we are going there to see them.
