My poor review is based on Jason entering the room while introducing himself to me. I'm not unhappy that he forgot we had met before but because this tells me he did NOT review my file nor did he read his own notes prior to coming into the room to tell me I needed injection at L3-L4 (lumbar). Made it clear he read the MRI report, but nothing else. We actually met at a prior appointment mid-April during which he determined I had sciatica and set me up for SI injection, which I received mid-May (in spite of my disagreement that I thought the problem was with my lumbar spine. Which is now going to be scheduled.) I don't feel like I was listened to the first time, this time i feel he was in to much of a rush to realize I was right at that first appt. and maybe he should have listen more closely.
