Jason explained thoroughly. Glad to know that the issues are not due to arthritis. I only saw the recommended stretches for a few seconds on the computer. In googling IT band wall stretches, I did not find the same website. I hope I have found the correct 2 that were recommended. A printout would have been appreciated. Otherwise, positive appointment with follow up scheduled
