She listens to my issues about my back and explained , show me what’s wrong with my back
She was fun & outgoing, but absentmindedly didn't call in my medication. I had to call and remind them twice before finally getting an answer. I asked them to call me back with a confirmation. No call. Also, she never even examined my back, just read the computer files. Didn't even look at it.
