Jane has been very helpful in teaching me things I didn’t know. She also takes the time to talk to me about other things we can do to maybe help with other things to.
Very attentive. Listened and responded to everything I talked about. She made some suggestions that I implemented and have worked out well. Excellent quality of care.

Jane is the best!!! Kind, composed and very knowledgeable! Takes into consideration not only the cause of your pain but also any other medical problems you have that might be exacerbating your pain.

Jane was cold, condescending, rude and i felt it was disrespectful. Tone from beginning was cold. I told her I felt like I have been left in the cold. She said i left the e.d. because I wanted to. When I had explained that i had been there for hours and the pain was to much and I COULD NOT SIT IN THE CHAIR ANYMORE. She explained to me like i was a child how triage works. And that it was my choice not to stay and get treated. (Condescending) Downplayed what I am dealing with by saying it was vague and when I then described in detail she interrupted and told me this is just normal chronic pain. I asked her to understand why she had an attitude with me. ( Explanation was that I took medication that they didn't prescribe. I am not to take anything that is prescribed there. As per the agreement. (Condescending, rude, disrespectful.) I don't have enough room here. I called the office yesterday afternoon, this morning and submitted my complaints online yesterday. Waiting to be called.
Jane is excellently informative and genuinelyconcerned for MY wellbeing and up coming procedure with Dr. Saving by answering all of my questions regarding the procedure and touching upon other problems I have related to it. She is an excellent liaison between Dr. Saving and myself helping me to understand every aspect of what will happen from beginning to end. Thank you Jane I feel that you are down to earth and don't sugar coat anything, giving me confidence that there will be a great outcome.
