I liked the doctor . But I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. That I wasn’t happy at all . I checked in at 1:20 pm. My appt was at 1:30

To start with I have been a patient of your office since the days when Dr. Atwell and Dr. Burnette were there in fact, I had several surgeries there as well. always had a great experience, as for today with Jamie, he did not appear to be listening, had a very complacent attitude, did not call in the medication to my pharmacy that he was supposed to. I had to spend one and a half hours trying to get that mess straightened out. left a message on Dr. Cha team phone line never got a return phone call-had to get front desk as well as office manager involved. Due to my son of 34 years with down syndrome I have seen numerous specialist over the years.. JAMIE may be a good PA however, what I experience this morning was far from Professional.. I would tell my friends not to see him if they had to go to your practice. If anyone would like to speak further with me, I’m at 770-324-9374.
