Jamie is exceptional, he has always provided answers to my questions. He has seen me several times and never have we had any problems. I'm glad he is on Dr. Cha's team.

Very dismissive of an injury that several of my doctors are very concerned about. My doctor referred to my neck as "looking like I was in a car crash," Dr Williams told me that my neck is "probably just like that." And repeatedly told that I was "young" so I would "be fine." I have a degenerative genetic disorder.
Dr Williams talked over both my caretaker and I repeatedly and was dismissive of every concerned I raised. Showed little care when I expressed that I was in terrible pain. (Again saying I was "too young" to hurt that badly) I left feeling upset and unheard, and my caretaker expressed the same sentiment.
I have done seven weeks of physical therapy, and have been living with this injury for six months. He begrudgingly agreed to refer me for an MRI because I had exhausted all other options, but still dismissed how difficult it has been living with this.
I'm seeing another doctor after I get my MRI. If I had to see Dr. Williams again, I would switch practices.
