Jamie Paoletti, PA-C, is a licensed, board-certified physician assistant who works alongside Dr. James Sostak in the treatment and prevention of orthopedic sports medicine conditions and injuries. Jamie completed her master’s degree at Northwestern Medicine Feinberg School of Medicine and has been working in orthopedics since 2022. She joined Fox Valley Orthopedics in early 2024 with a focus on shoulder, hip, and knee.
As a physician assistant, Jamie can evaluate, diagnose, and treats patients independently. She assists Dr. Sostak in surgery. She routinely orders and interprets X-rays in the office and coordinates more advanced imaging, including MRI and CT scans.
Jamie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants (IAPA), and Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery (PAOS).
Jamie was born and raised in the western Chicago suburbs. She enjoys running, biking, playing pickleball, baking, and spending time with her family.

Friendly and easy to understand
Friendly while being very professional; she's excellent at her job. Reiterated what she was going to do (not a 1st time procedure) & when asked reminded me what to expect & do as well as what not to do.
Kind, considerate and reassuring
This is the first time I’ve seen her, yet she was on top of my medical history. She asked a lot of questions after many x-rays. Her enthusiasm, confidence & listening abilities were very comforting. She looks young but is obviously very experienced & bright.
