Always a pleasure seeing him for my appointments. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great care to James and everyone else who works there.
I’m sure James is very qualified at his job but I was not as communicative as I would have felt with. I think he might have known what I was saying but he didn’t really verify that. I know he is going to report my interaction with the doctor but I feel the doctor is not going to get the full story and if the doctor relies on Jame’s report and not listen to me and respond to my input I will not have surgery done at OIO. I will be at a loss who else to see so probably just suffer with my condition and personality I have adapted to. My hip and knee replacement was performed by Jim Paterson. Both are complete failures and Jim’s explanation was “everyone is different”. How about that? I have confidence in Dr Fumench but I need to understand his recommendation and why. As a patient I fell like my rights was violated. He was not understanding my needs I was told I was lying about my symptoms and over talked. I would not like to visit with him again and plan on taking action
