Such a great disposition. Listens very intently.

James was very through. He ordered x- rays & check my left leg that was hurting me. Then ordered a MRI. I have an appt. To see him after the MRI.

James along with the rest of the staff show’s genuine interest and concern. I have never felt rushed or made to feel my back issues didn’t exist. Now, that I am no longer suffering, I have everyone at OIO to thank. Thank you!

Appointment was prompt. Instead of focusing on a computer or tablet he actually talked with me and listened.

He was a bit hard to understand . Spoke in lower tones and talked fast. Once I realized this I made a special effort to concentrate on the content of the information. He was very personable.

James was nice enough. Seemed he was in a hurry. I don't feel this is his fault but there is a disconnect between Dr's especially Dr's that are both OIO Dr's. All info is put on the computer why when a patient is referred from 1 OIO DR to another why they don't have the patients info? So this cause a hole in communication James and I were at 2 different levels so made the visit awkward. Not sure that was all his fault.

I have not yet receive follow up for my steroid injection. It’s been a week and a half.

James is very knowledgeable and was a great communicator. I felt comfortable talking with him concerning medications and limitations post surgery.

He did a very good job of explaining what was done to my back and what to expect concerning exercise and such.

During my consultation, James reviewed all of my past medical history. Clarified all of my statement to fully understand my condition . My biggest take-away was that he genuinely listed to me and explained how he perceived my condition respect to his observation, in office field checks and CT- scan. Based on his diagnoses , explained clearly the next course of action.

I waited 2 hrs. Then in examine room for 35 mins. He came in. Didn't tell me his name. Looked at previous incision. Offer drugs which I don't know anything about did give prescription. Scheduled MRI for more than 2 wks away. Very disappointed with way I was treated
