My wait time was short. The PA listened to my issues and has started me on a treatment plan with a follow up appointment.

Did not feel he took the time he needed with me. Never once did he examine my injury my hand is swollen can not move my fingers or have any feelings in them and yet he decides I’m healed. Not a happy customer

Jacob was awesome. He gave me a shot in my hand, which was very painful but not as much as the ones I’ve had previously. So he did so much better than other doctors. He explained my X-rays very clearly and what I can expect with the shot. He’s clear, concise and very professional but also very compassionate. A hard combination to find. I am 100% satisfied and will ask for him if I need additional shots in my hand.

Dr. Wallace explained my knee injury in layman's terms. He is extremely knowledgeable and treated me with respect. He advised me of what the next step could be if the pain increases. He did an excellent job of reassuring me.

Little to no bedside manner. Had very little interest in me as a patient. More interested in telling me that a past procedure done by a well know Ortho does not work. She is well respected in her field and the procedure has lasted for over 15 years. His procedure was 3 days ago, still do not have my RX from him, pain has returned.
