Jake has a very warm and reassuring manner. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was unavoidably late to our meeting, but the office staff and Jake were able to make it work when I called ahead to alert them.

Experiencing the feeli g of a sweaty knee at night puffiness on inner left knee cap area but elevate while sleeping seems ok using cane more as extra precaution of morning stability. Still need partial surgery just waiting to schedule it.
