Jackie is excellent and it's evident that she cares about her patients. Just yesterday I at my visit I told her she saved my life. I was hesitant to use the CPAP machine and she was so convincing that I will benefit from using it even for my current bladder issue. And she was absolutely correct. It not only broke my insomnia but I am not getting my sleep interrupted by the need to empty my bladder. If it wasn't for her diligence and concern for my health I'd still be suffering. I truly appreciate her work ethic and she should be recognized for her excellent service.

She was impatient with me. She apologized. She suggested that the physician was waiting for her to finish, and she was under pressure to conclude her responsibilities.
