Not happy was told last week they would call me and let me know what the surgeon said about surgery. No call I called 4×3 got the machine once I talked to somebody and still no call back. I have not seen the surgeon at all since I’ve been there in my three visits. Was told today again that they would call me and let me know what he has to say by that by the time I know anything is going to be a month. The cast feels too tight. I’m in a lot of pain. I thought they’re gonna change the cast today and she said no. So here I am with no answers a cast that’s killing me in pain having me a surgeon. Keep getting told they will call me and not I want answers and I want taken care of. Not impressed at all.
Ms. PA Jaclyn took the time to reassure me that I was in good hands and that my injury would be addressed in its entirety. Her personal touch and bedside manner was a breath of fresh air. I left the office confident that I had made the right choice in choosing Orthomichigan
My experience was great with Jaclyn, she answer all my questions and she listen to me. She gave me my injections to my knees and I be starting therapy for knees soon. Also from the time I entered the office all staff was professional and nice with a smile. Jaclyn and staff, Thank you
Very personable, very knowledgeable.
She used the hemostats I requested to pull the sutures out. All sutures out vs last time when the knot was cut off leaving the suture in my hand.
