Jacey grew up in Zeeland, Michigan and moved to Indiana 2.5 years ago. Her and her husband have settled down in Indianapolis where they just purchased their first home. In her free time, Jacey enjoys baking, solving puzzles, hiking, and spoiling her Bernedoodle Ripley. Weather permitting, she loves wake surfing, slalom skiing, and snowboarding.
Told me that if my insurance doesn’t cover the brace I’d be charged for it and that would be hundreds of dollars or I could just get a brace from a local pharmacy that costs more than I make in a hour. I asked if I’d have to pay even if I have Medicaid and she said yes and that remember it’s hundreds of dollars. Kept pushing me off to my sport doctor saying I’d see him in just two days and treated the injury like it was kind of like nothing cause I worked a 7 hour shift on the sprained ankle.
Seemed so fake and not very knowledgeable. I don't want to sound mean but unless I cannot help it I will only go when Anu and her staff is there.

Very dismissive to my problems. That same night I ended up in the emergency room puking blood and diagnosed with pneumonia.
Spent a good amount of time assessing my issue. Received antibiotics, which seem to be resolving the problem. Very personable and understanding.
