Arrived on time for scheduled appt but overlooked info on confirmation email about arrival 30 minutes prior to appt - received call from provider 45 min in advance of appt time asking when we could get there - unable to accommodate earlier arrival due to work and upon getting to office was ushered immediately back into the room, provider was waiting at the door - overall spent less than 3 min with the provider - felt very rushed and like we were holding up their leaving for the day; information about suture removal was incorrect on post op paperwork which stated suture removal upon revisit but were dissolvable so no need for care - appreciate quality of the procedure and use of appropriate materials for closure but not sure why there is a follow up if post op care provider spent less than 3 min with us and gave the impression we were holding him up - curious what the charges will be for this encounter

Just do not have the personality of caring I asked about pain medication. I was going to ask for Motrin 800 when he gave a look at me like you don’t need anything but over-the-counter he didn’t listen to what I wanted to ask and I don’t believe my needs were met because my hand hurts worse than I did after the surgery not satisfied.
