Jacen was professional while quickly removing my sutures. He answered my questions and was most pleasant and courteous throughout.
He did not introduce himself though.

He is always calm and seamlessly gets you to xray looks at it then comes back to room with results. Has a plan whether medication or physical therapy. If you don’t need to return he always says to come back if you need to. I consider him my hand doctor.
