Irasema was amazing!! Her knowledge & concerns over what my issues were, came through!! Compared to the last time I went in I was very well satisfied this time because it seemed like she wanted some results!! I was very impressed!!
Irasema is SO NICE! I didn't feel judged for my skin problems, and she made recovery feel realistic and attainable. She also called out specific skin issues that I only suspected I had before I even said anything! I know that sounds silly, but it's nice to meet professionals who know exactly what they're doing and can relay information to patients in simple ways. I'm excited to keep working with her!

No one checked for allergies or amount of procedures Kaiser authorized. Her treatments were fine. Desk help out front was excellent.
It was a very quick visit as I was concerned about how an area on my skin looked after having a biopsy. She addressed the problem quickly, prescribed some medication and I was on my way. So it was a great visit.
You should took care of me today not sending me to the emergency and they said you know no one will do it for me in any emergency and you have to schedule it for me asap ,, I don’t know what to say
