Listens intently, makes you feel comfortable, informs with lots of information and makes sure you understand, explains options completely, advises but doesn't demand, gives you time for questions you may have, doesn't rush you or make you feel rushed, friendly, sweet, gentle, makes sure you're ok while there and before you leave... Can't say enough good about her! She is a treasure!!! Do not lose her!!!!
