Mr. Casagrande is extremely well versed and professional. He discusses complex medical issues in easy to follow language. He thoroughly explains treatment and follow up care.
Was left unsure about what to do about the main reason why I was there today, the pain in my shoulder. Was told to hold on a minute, then he left the room only to have the nurse assistant I believe come in and give me my paperwork for a follow up appointment with no idea on what to do with the pain management that I have now just to keep doing what I’m doing, which is not working. Main reason why I am here today. Was a frustrating appointment. Felt like it was a useless appointment missed classes in college for nothing, very frustrating. Felt like I was not being heard.
