I like having Henry Casagrande as my physician assistant because he always speaks in a manner where I can understand clearly what is going on and what he plans to do to resolve my issues or at least give me some Comfort, if it’s something that I may have to live with.
Love Hank. He is always smiling and treats me like I’m the most important person in the room. He is a definite asset to NEOS. Give the man a raise or a big bonus.

Mr. Casagrande is extremely well versed and professional. He discusses complex medical issues in easy to follow language. He thoroughly explains treatment and follow up care.
Was left unsure about what to do about the main reason why I was there today, the pain in my shoulder. Was told to hold on a minute, then he left the room only to have the nurse assistant I believe come in and give me my paperwork for a follow up appointment with no idea on what to do with the pain management that I have now just to keep doing what I’m doing, which is not working. Main reason why I am here today. Was a frustrating appointment. Felt like it was a useless appointment missed classes in college for nothing, very frustrating. Felt like I was not being heard.
