She was great explaining my situation.
Helen is a wonderful person and provider! She explains everything in detail. She makes you feel like she truly cares about you. The front desk staff is very disrespectful and act like they do not want to be there. I actually witnessed training at the front desk while waiting for my appointment, the women working was very rude to the person being trained. The entire waiting room of patients heard this. Very disappointing.
