Helen is thorough and does an excellent job of explaining her diagnosis. She gives detailed verbal information and supplements it with visual aids. She provided clear and concise directions for my at home care.
Helen was helpful but the front office receptionist wasn't. I couldn't say whether the lady up front was new or not because her computer area did have items around it indicating she's been there a while. I had plenty of time to look around as she had me standing and waiting for several minutes when she was fumbling around trying to figure out what something meant. She definitely didn't know what to do when scheduling a follow up for me so she left to ask someone else. I left the office with plenty of instructions and information given by Helen about my issue but will never know whether I will see anyone on my progress because was told when scheduling my follow up when checking out that "someone will call you". "The follow up doctor isn't taking my insurance at this time and we'll call you when he does".
She was amazing! Very caring ans she listen to me.
