Heidi Zywiec, PA-C, grew up on a farm near Fairmont, Nebraska, where she gained an understanding of the value of life at a young age. She practiced in York, Nebraska where she spent seven and half years practicing in rural family practice and the last ten years at Fallbrook Family Health Care of Lincoln, Nebraska, providing care to all ages and all levels of need.
She enjoys the challenges of comprehensive medicine and managing a patient's health care in its entirety. She relishes the relationships gained with patients and families in order to ensure they both understand their health as well as feel they are part of the treatment plan, regardless of age or complexity.
Throughout her practice, Heidi has enjoyed providing care from the newborn age all throughout adulthood, enjoys various clinical procedures, and has provided education to both patients as well as PAs and medical students. She's excited to return to her rural roots and provide health care to the same community in which she's raising her family.
Heidi is married with two daughters and one son. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching her kids, attending their activities, and spending time with family and friends.
